Categories
Age groups will be in 5 year increments as per USAT standards.  Relay teams will be scored based on gender of team mates. More info


Directions and Parking
Limited parking is available at the race venue. A shuttle will run from the finish area to the starting and transition area. Please see our directions and parking page for information on the shuttle, where to park, and how to get to the race.

Packet Pick Up
Packet pick up is available on Friday and Saturday. Photo ID is required. For location and times, please see the packet pick up page.

Friday - Day Before the Race
5:00 PM Packet Pick Up Opens
7:00 PM Packet Pick Up Closes

Saturday - Race Day
7:30 AM Transition and Packet Pick Up Open
9:00 AM Sprint Triathlon Starts
9:10 AM Sprint Duathlon Starts
11:15 AM Bike Course Cutoff
11:00 AM Awards - Overall Podium
11:30 AM Awards - Age Groups
12:00 PM Run Course Cutoff

Usat sanctioned event
USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required. USA Triathlon provides rules, guidance and governance to set the standard for safe and fair multi-sport races. USAT membership is required to participate. One day memberships are available. Woahink Lake Conditions
Woahink Lake is one of the Oregon Coast beautiful lakes offering you great water quality to swim in. Early in the year, this shallow coastal lake warms up quick. With good weather we may see water temperatures reaching into the 60s. Wetsuits are highly recommended and may be required depending on weather conditions.
